As the box brags, Flinch is "The original and still the best stockpile card game". Since it's introduction in 1905, millions have been sold. After a long absence, Flinch is back in print! Try to be the first to work your way through your stockpiles by playing onto stacks of cards, building from 1 to 15. A classic family game: easy to learn, fun for all ages to play!
Phase 10 is a rummy type game in which you try to be the first to complete 10 melds (phases) in order. During the first hand, you want two sets of 3; second phase, set of 3 plus run of 4; and so forth to the 10th phase when you'll need a set of 5 plus a set of 3. Phase 10 is often requested in our stores.
Players try to make a path that links two (or more) identical treasures by playing maze cards from their hands. When you succeed, you get to remove one card containing a linked treasure (or more if you linked several treasures). The catch is, you can't remove the card if that would split up the maze, and corner connections don't count. At the end of the game, the player who removed the most cards wins.
People familiar with The A-Maze-ing Labyrinth series from Ravensburger's will recognize these graphics.
Fun and easy to play with luck being a factor. On the other hand, when you work out a play that captures several treasures at once, you can feel pretty clever.
